- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items such as custom parts or special orders are not eligible for returns.
2. Process for Returns & Exchanges

- Pickup and Refund: Once the return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup of the product. After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will send a replacement product once the returned item is inspected and approved.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately by sending photos of the product to info@tawibazaar.com . We will arrange a quick replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Consumable parts such as filters and membranes.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions.
